Mo furniture is created for people who value functionality, clean design, and simplicity in everyday use. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about assembly, maintenance, delivery, customization, and warranty.

Assembly

1. Do I need glue or tools for assembly?

No. All Mo furniture pieces are assembled without glue or visible screws. We use a smart, modular joining system based on Blum connectors, which ensures excellent stability for all products — including tables.

2. What are Blum connectors and how do they work?

The Blum system consists of plastic casings with metal inserts and self-tapping steel screws activated by rotation. It provides a strong, durable connection that’s easy to assemble without special tools and allows disassembly without damage — ideal for repeated use and mobility.

3. How long does it take to assemble a piece?

Between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on the product’s complexity. Each product includes an illustrated assembly guide and a QR code printed on the packaging, which you can scan to access a step-by-step video tutorial.

Cleaning & Maintenance

5. How should I clean Mo furniture?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent (avoid alcohol, chlorine, or abrasive substances). Avoid excessive moisture or prolonged contact with water.

6. Are the surfaces resistant to stains or scratches?

Each piece is made of professionally painted MDF with a high-quality finish. They are resistant to everyday wear, though we recommend protecting the surfaces for increased durability.

Shipping

7. Do you deliver throughout Romania?

Yes. Mo products are delivered anywhere in Romania via express courier services.

8. How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on color selection and order volume. You’ll be notified by email once your order is ready to ship.

9. How are the products packaged?

Products are shipped flat-packed in compact boxes for easy transport. Each package includes all components, an illustrated assembly sketch, and a QR code linking to the assembly video.

10. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive an email with an AWB tracking number so you can follow the shipment in real time.

Customization

11. Can I choose a color other than the standard ones?

Yes. We offer an extended color palette available on request (according to NCS standards). Contact us for more details and available options.

12. Can I order custom dimensions?

Returns & Warranty

13. Can I return the product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days to return your purchased products, provided they are in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

Important: Only products in standard colors can be returned. Customized items made in non-standard NCS colors are considered special orders and cannot be returned.

14. What warranty does Mo offer?

All products come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

15. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete product?

Please email us with a description of the issue and attach photos. We will send the missing parts or replace the product at no additional cost.
