The products displayed on this website are made from premium MDF and feature a modular, aesthetic design. Images and descriptions are for presentation purposes only — minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur.

Your order becomes valid only after receiving a confirmation email from us.
This confirmation represents the conclusion of the sales contract.

3. Delivery and Lead Time

  • Standard Products: 7–20 business days from order confirmation 
  • Customized Products: 14–30 business days from order confirmation
  • We deliver via courier services, exclusively within Romania.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely online by credit or debit card.
  • All prices include taxes and are valid at the time of placing the order.

5. Return policy

You have the right to return standard products within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Custom-made products (e.g., non-standard colors or configurations) are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Warranty

Oferim garanție legală de conformitate de 24 de luni pentru persoanele fizice (12 luni pentru persoane juridice), conform legislației în vigoare.
Garanția nu acoperă uzura normală, manipularea necorespunzătoare sau deteriorarea intenționată.

7. Rights and Obligations

  • MO HAUS SRL undertakes to deliver products as described and to provide customer assistance as needed.

  • Customers must provide accurate order details and accept delivery at the specified address.
  • Any complaints should be sent to hello@mo-haus.ro and we will respond promptly.
